After the split of their previous band DAWN CHAOS in 2002, Julien Helwin and his brother Christophe Helwin started to look for new musicians. Because of this lack of musicians Julien took place behind the drum kit one year later. Benjamin Barret joined the band as the guitar player in february 2004. After several auditions the band returns to its core nammed WITHDRAWN. During summer 2005, WITHDRAWN recorded his first demo album entitled " This is not therapy ". They opened for Arkangel in september 2006 and recorded " Tear V.2.0. ". They opened for Textures in november 2006. Olivier Bousquet joined the band in December 2006 as the rythmic guitar and they toured with Hysteria for the " Hysteric X-Mas tour ". Interview in Metallian Hors Série DVD in January 2007. Benjamin Barret left the band in March 2007 and the boys still continue as a three masterpieced. As 2008 begins, some sponsors decided to help the band for a co headlining tour with Offending for April in North of Franceand in the rest of the country during 11 shows : " Blasting The North Tour " and " Blasting The Hexagone Tour". The band recorded a brand new song called "Gemini Distance" to show what people can wait from WITHDRAWN : better sound, more brutality and energy.
