Le 11 octobre 2001, Jean Claude Merlin, un astronome amateur et président fondateur de la Société astronomique de Bourgogne, a décidé de baptiser un astéroïde qu'il a découvert sous le nom de "110393 Rammstein". L'organisme américain Minor Planet Center (MPC) a de fait officiellement enregistré cet astéroïde (en fait, considéré comme une « petite planète ») le 23 février 2006. - Plus d'infos sur Rammstein
